MULTNOMAH FALLS
This waterfall is 620 ft tall in 2 sections. It is located east of Portland Oregon along the historic Columbia River Gorge area. It is an easy walk to the base and to the Benson bridge . There is also a trail to the top that is mostly up hill with an upper falls found up there. Multnomah Falls is a great place to stop in the morning before the hordes of tourist start to show up. It is one of the most visited places in the Pacific North West. Mt Hood is not too far from here ,so one can do the falls in the morning and Mt Hood area the rest of the day.
